Mr. Khamxay Bounmisidavong is a distinguished Lao entrepreneur and investor with a broad spectrum of experience in infrastructure, construction, and healthcare development. He is the Founder and Director of Luckxay Road Bridge Construction Sole Co., Ltd. and Luckxay Investment Co., Ltd., both of which play vital roles in large-scale infrastructure and multi-sector investment projects across Laos.
He also serves as Chairman of the Board at Luckxay Hospital and One medical Center a pioneering private healthcare institution that integrates modern medical services with local investment. His portfolio includes major ventures such as the Phouhae Mining Project, the Luckxay Complex Center in Xaysomboun Province, and other significant commercial and developmental initiatives.
